Alba Construction Services Limited were established in 2001 and are a Scottish registered company. Since establishment the company has primarily operated abroad and mainly in Azerbaijan. Over the last year we have gradually set plans in motion to open a further base in the Company's origins in the Scottish Highlands. We have now moved into a new office and workshop facility in Muir of Ord, close to Inverness.

The company provides a wide range of activities geared towards client requirements. We aim to provide a similar range of services to those on which we have developed the company in Azerbaijan.

We operate as Civil Engineering and Building contractors as well as providing a plant hire service. One of our most successful offerings in recent years has been the provision of project management and consultancy services and we hope that this will also prove the case in Scotland.
One new element specific to the Highlands will be provision of a Property Development service, both self generated and client sourced projects. We already have two small housing projects underway and hope to secure further properties in the next 6 months. We are actively looking to establish potential partnership arrangements with property owners and clients and would welcome any enquiries in this regard.

We also have office and workshop facilities within our Muir of Ord base which we would like to sublet on short or long term lease and again would welcome any enquiries in this regard.

Our plant hire department has invested heavily in new equipment, this being primarily excavator machines from Caterpillar. In addition we have also purchased mobile mini crushing equipment from Red Rhino which is ideal for recycling construction and demolition rubble in to a very useable subbase like material.
